Proud to offer Belle Cottage - located on 15th street in the East Beach neighborhood on St. Simons Island. This fabulous 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3,200 square feet beach house was moved to its current location over fifty years ago and was carefully and lovingly restored a few years back.
Belle Cottage places you half a block from the Gould’s Inlet beach access. Gould’s Inlet is well known for great beach access, fishing and kayaking.
Once you enter this well-appointed home, you slip directly into the cozy living room with a fireplace and large flat screen TV. This leads in to the chef’s kitchen and dining area. There is a half bath off the kitchen and a walk-in pantry. Past the kitchen on the main floor there is the first master bedroom with a King bed, TV and spacious master bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and a Jacuzzi tub and double vanities....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
