Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms with lots of natural light, this modern villa has been decorated to a high standard and has all of the home from home comforts you need for a comfortable stay. <p>Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool with magnificent views, an inviting terrace area and plenty of sun loungers to make the most of the wonderful weather. There’s also an outdoor dining area that is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining in truly special surroundings.</p>
<p> Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide alongside 26 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 183cm wide. The path to the pool area is 100cm wide. The villa is located on the side of a hill, therefore there are steps throughout the terrace. This can be seen in the images. The terrace is tiled, but on multiple levels. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 150cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor where all bedrooms and the shower room doors are 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us. </p>
<P> TAX - To aid in the development of the local area, a compulsory 1 euro per person per day Eco-Tourist Tax has been introduced by the local municipality which is applied for all guests above the age of 16 years. This is payable in resort on arrival. </p>
