Villa Euphoria the epitome of luxury! An all-inclusive villa perfect for large groups, situated in Loutraki, Greece. The interior of the villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a playroom with table tennis, billiards as well as a 65″ TV to enjoy and relax. For the more energetic there is a gym with aerobics area, a study room and 4 master bedrooms with hydro massage.
On the first floor of the villa there are two master bedrooms with hydro massage and a kitchen by the Italian house SCIC. If the need arises to work then there are private workspaces, a living room with Home Cinema Dolby Surround 5.1 to enjoy the latest movies.
On the second floor, there are three master bedrooms, suite-type larger than all the rest, with a panoramic sea and mountain view.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
