As our valued guest, you’ll have full access to the entire home, along with fresh linens, towels, and a complimentary starter pack of essentials to get you comfortably through the first few nights — all included with your stay. Televisions and A/C are featured in each room for your convenience.
Room configuration is as follows:
1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x queen bed
3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x queen bed

Please note, guests DO NOT have access to all building amenities, including the rooftop terrace.
Please note: the air conditioning system only allows one mode at a time across all units.
-If heating is turned on, you won’t be able to use cooling or dry mode.
-If cooling or dry mode is on, you won’t be able to use heating.
To change the mode, you’ll need to:
-Turn off all indoor units using the wall controller.
-Select the new mode you want (cooling, heating, or dry).
-Turn the system back on.

We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need.
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
