Located just 9 km south of Hermoupolis, the capital of Syros, those residences sit in an oasis of privacy, on a serene grassland, leading right to the secluded cove of the sandy beach Fabrica, on the southern corner of the island. Each residence is presented on three levels with 168 m2, of luxury spaces consisting of one living room, one kitchen, a dining room and five bedrooms three of them en suite bathrooms. The house has large verandas with sitting and dining areas for you and your guests to enjoy the magnificent view of a100ft of beachfront.
Each residence is fully equipped and has heating and cooling systems. All the lights , the heating system, the cooling system and the audio visual of master bedroom, living room and external area can be controlled by mobile phone or ipad. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
