Villa Jazes

Villa Jazes is part of a complex of four villas in the island of Skiathos, in Vasilias area, less than 3,5km away from the town of Skiathos and just 600 meters away from the deep blue beach of Vasilias, in the south-western area of the island. The green and blue are the dominant colors, while the horizon is open to see the stars and the moon away from city light pollution. These lovely, newly built, villas, are surely of the most conveniently located villas of the island. Full in green from olives and pines, the complex stands afloat on the vast blue of the Aegean with the small islands of Skiathos and the western area of Skopelos to be its landscape. An idyllic setting awaits you for unforgettable moments of silence wellness and relaxation, after dominating almost alone on the hillside Katsaros and yet so near the town of Skiathos. Walking the narrow streets of the village will taste great cosmic atmosphere and you get options for galleries, shops and local Greek art, shops with leather and clothing of choice and taverns serving Greek cuisine, bars and night clubs to suit every taste. The island will enchant those who love the sandy beaches. Small boats leave every morning from the port of Skiathos for most popular beaches (a total of 69 beaches), which combine the golden sand and blue sky and sea and waiting for a refreshing and fun. The complex is developed in the countryside away from the noise of the city with respect to private moments as each villa is completely independent with separate entrance. Modern architecture design but with the local aesthetic character preserved and with abstract decoration, built with passion for your pleasure. The primary aim of our choices was the absolute harmonization of the villas with the colors and the attitude of the island. Villa Jazes extends of two floors. Entering into the top floor of the villa the large space of 45 m2, consists of two separate bedrooms with a double queen’s bed each with en-suite bathroom and a sea facing balcony. Downstairs on the ground floor, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table, living room with comfortable sofas and a cozy fire place. Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed, so up to seven persons can sleep. At this level there is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with tub. The ground floor leads to a spacious sea-facing veranda with stunning sea views. Villa Jazes has the exclusive use of a private swimming pool (5x7x1,5m) which provides great sea view. The pool is nested on a 100-m2 pool area where umbrellas, sun beds and dining facilities as well as built in BBQ are provided. License number: 0756K91000392501
