IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids’ playground, and lounge. Brickell is a bustling Manatthan-esque neighborhood (it is, in fact, often called the Manhattan of the South), but more modern, with tropical climate, and right by the water. Everything you need to live, work, shop and relax can be found within walking distance in this highly concentrated urban core. It is centrally situated between Key Biscayne (5 minutes) and South Beach (10 minutes), producing an exotic contrast between its ritzy high-rises and its neighboring beaches & islands. Steps away from Metromover (free), City Trolley (free) and Metrorail ($) MetroMover: Miami’s free automated people mover system that loops around downtown and Brickell, providing convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and transit hubs. Bus: Miami-Dade Transit operates an extensive bus network, offering routes throughout the city, including stops near 1200 Brickell Bay Dr. Buses provide an affordable way to travel to different neighborhoods and landmarks. Ridesharing Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in Miami and offer convenient door-to-door transportation options. Simply request a ride through the app and a driver will pick you up at your location. Bicycle: Miami features bike-friendly streets and dedicated bike lanes, making cycling a popular and eco-friendly way to get around. Several bike-sharing programs, like Citi Bike, provide rental bikes at various stations across the city. Walking: With its pleasant climate and pedestrian-friendly areas, walking is a great way to explore the surroundings near 1200 Brickell Bay Dr. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of Miami at your own pace. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. ➤ IMPORTANT: The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you’re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
