This gorgeous traditional cape house has so many unique features and views, it’s a perfect place for the whole family. Located at the end of a very private back street, this home sleeps 9 comfortably. There are multiple mini-split AC/Heat units throughout the house and you get a wonderful sea breeze. The home is also fully heated and has a Solo Stove Smokeless Fire Pit available for outside use, while enjoying the amazing views.
There is a large outdoor screened deck, which is screened in during the spring/summer/fall months and has an outdoor dining set to seat 8 people. You can also enjoy a wonderful outdoor shower experience with the fully enclosed hot/cold shower.
Scituate is a small to mid-sized seacoast community located between Boston and Plymouth, many ocean-related recreational activities make it a very desirable place to vacation. Scituate Town Pier accommodates a working fishing fleet and has a strong sense of its history and commemorates in August each year via the celebration of "Heritage Days". Historic points of interest include: Scituate Lighthouse, The Old Oaken Bucket Homestead and Well, The Lawson Tower, Stockbridge Mill, and the Cudworth House, as well as the Little Red School House which is the home of the Scituate Historical Society.
