On the main level, you will notice hardwood flooring throughout, an open living area that overlooks the kitchen, formal living and dining room, and a guest bedroom with a full bath and king sized bedding. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, gas stove, large island, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen island seats 6 and the dining room can seat 6. You are just steps away from the heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Use the pool year round! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge).

Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms and a common area TV room. The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bath and king bedding. The other three bedrooms have a Queen, a Full size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms and the common area den have flat panel TV’s.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • Occupancy: 10 - Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
  • Pets: Up to two (2) Dogs allowed with the addition of a pet fee for $100/ per pet.
  • Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway (No trailers please). Garage is not available.
  • Age: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

  • * Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starting supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
