The open floor plan on the main living level is great for entertaining. Plenty of room to relax in the den around the fireplace or gathering as a family at the kitchen table. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and brand new everything! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. Two of those with en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a bath right outside the door to the bedroom. A large laundry room on the main level rounds out the first floor.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • Occupancy - 14: Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (14 persons).
  • Pets: We love pups! Limit of 2 with a $100/pup non-refundable fee.
  • Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the front and 3 additional vehicles at the rear of the property.
  • HEATED POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional $450. Please make arrangements prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated.
  • AGE: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starting supply of toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
