This is a property of carefully designed contrasts — balancing the tranquility of its secluded location with the comfort and convenience of luxurious fixtures, furnishings, and amenities.
The design combines architecture with artistry, elegantly blending mid-century glamor with modern lines and materials. Massive floor-to-ceiling glass doors in every room slide open to create an indoor/outdoor oasis, while the exterior holds the property’s showpiece: a freeform pool that meanders around the house and Joshua Trees, complete with stunning mood lighting for magical evenings. Designed for discerning groups, the property holds 3 king beds (2 primary suites in the main house and a 1 bedroom casita), 3 full bathrooms with waterfall showers, indoor and outdoor dining, an outdoor bar, a game room with billiards and indoor/outdoor lounging, and the most unique and interesting resort-style pool in all of Joshua Tree.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your Property Manager home is now easier than ever. Property Manager’s guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 4 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Situated in a peaceful community conveniently central to Yucca, Pioneertown, and Joshua Tree. Nearby attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriets, La Copine, and many other restaurants and attractions in the Joshua Tree area.
15 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 23 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 10 minutes to Pioneertown, 5 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 40 minutes to Palm Springs.
