Our 2-bedroom apartment of 84 square meters is located in a recently constructed residence with : a private terrace. It would be perfect for families and group of friends who want to explore Malaga from a relaxing apartment.
Located a few minutes on foot from the historic center and its main attractions: Calle Larios, the Cathedral, Plaza de la Merced with numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
The flat features two bedrooms—one with a 150x190 cm double bed and the other with a 135x190 cm bed—both prepared with quality linens for a restful night. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
Step out onto the private terrace, an ideal spot for breakfast in the open air, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the views of Málaga’s rooftops.
The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with towels and a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and crockery. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to keep you connected during your stay.

Everything is accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 15 minutes away from the main street Calle Larios, 8 minutes away from la Plaza de la Merced, and about 22 minutes away from the central beach La Malagueta.
You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 35 minutes by foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 30-60 min.
If you are looking for central but not too noisy accommodation, this would be a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks as there are many supermarkets and shops in the area.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).
When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
