Welcome to Seaing is Believing located on the south end of Saint Sinmons Island - where the sand, surf and wonderful accommodations all come together for your perfect vacation.

Less than 1 block to beach!!

We love having this unit in our program! Charming, recently renovated, amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located just steps from the beach and only a few blocks away from the well-known St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Pier and Village area.

As you enter the foyer area, you will find a shiplap wall that is featured in the two downstairs bedrooms and carried through to the upstairs. The first bedroom has two twins and a smart TV. The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and sliding door access to the outdoor patio and the common area fire pit. The shared bathroom downstairs is brand new with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
  • • Sorry, no pets are allowed in this property.
  • • Parking space for 2 cars in the driveway
  • • 1 block to nearest Public Beach Access, 1/4 mile to St. Simons Lighthouse, Pier and Village area
  • Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 4 TVs in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
