This beautifully remodeled and re-decorated three bedroom, three bathroom Beach Cottage is located just a short stroll to the best beaches in the area. Coastal Cottages are in a very desirable location. You’ll find charming southern architecture with wide, breezy streets. These elegantly appointed beach homes are surrounded by lush natural landscaping and brick-paved lanes.

A king-size bed with private en-suite with a tub/shower combination is located on the first floor. The second bedroom on the first floor has a twin bed with a trundle and a set of bunk beds. The 2nd bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. There is a stackable washer/dryer located in the main hallway closet. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
  • • No pets are allowed in this unit.
  • • Parking is available for 2 vehicles directly in front of the cottage. Parking passes will be provided.
  • • Walk to the beach! Pier & Village are approximately 2 miles down Ocean Boulevard
  • Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 3 TVs located in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
  • • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
