We proudly offer Roseneath Cottage, one of the Coast Cottages at St. Simons. Coast Cottage Community is a neo-traditional planned community on St. Simons’ widest stretch of sand. Elegantly appointed beach homes are surrounded by lush natural landscaping and brick-paved lanes. A short stroll from any of the cottages leads to a spectacular Oceanside pavilion and pool facility.
You are provided with two designated parking spaces which are located directly in front of your cottage. There are seven stairs from the walkway up to the first level porch that has two lounging chairs and a side table.
Once you enter the home on the first level directly to your left you will find a living room with an Insignia 23” flat screen television, and queen size sleeper sofa.

Coast Cottage Community is a neo-traditional planned community on St. Simons’ widest stretch of sand. Elegantly appointed beach homes are surrounded by lush natural landscaping and brick-paved lanes. A short stroll from any of the cottages leads to a spectacular Oceanside pavilion and pool facility. The south pool is heated automatically by the HOA Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and from March 15 to April 15 for spring break.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons).
- • No pets are allowed in this unit.
- • Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only.
- • Walk to the beach, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 4 TVs located in this property.
- • Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
