This residence features a fully-equipped and nicely updated kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. The dining room table will seat four and there are two bar stools located under the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and en-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub. You will enjoy the décor in the Master! The guest room is suited with two twin beds with charming headboards. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance. Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Parking is available for 2 vehicles (Parking passes will be provided at check-in) **** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
  • • Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
  • Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 2 TVs located in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
  • • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
