Welcome to River Lyric Lodge, one of Red River’s premier properties. Perfect for multi-generational families or large groups, this 8,500 sq. ft. luxury home boasts 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and expansive frontage on the Red River, just 400 feet from the brand-new Copper Chair lift. While not technically ski-in/ski-out, the lift is a short walk in your ski boots.
Relax on the huge deck or the private balconies of the top-floor suites while listening to the river’s soothing flow. The first-floor suite features a gourmet kitchen perfect for multiple chefs, a dining area for the entire group, and a grand living room with a four-sided gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river and Carson National Forest. Connected to the living room is an indoor hot tub room, and the “Almost Heaven” master suite offers a king bed, sleeper chair, and private bathroom with a tub and stand-up shower.
The second floor features an open loft overlooking the first floor, 4 private bedroom/bathroom suites, and an alcove with a twin-over-full bunk. Suites include:
Lone Star Suite – king bed + twin bunk beds
Sleepy River Suite – king bed + double pull-out sofa
Tea Time Suite – king bed + twin bunk beds
Forest Dreams Suite – king bed + twin bunk bed
A game room offers air hockey, foosball, pool, skee ball, checkers, and more—fun for both kids and adults.
The third floor includes an open loft with office area, 2 additional king bedroom/bathroom suites, private balconies with river and mountain views, and extra sleeping with twin sleeper chairs and a double pull-out sofa. High-speed Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected, and two whole-house fans provide natural cooling.
