Welcome to this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean-front condominium located at the much desired Beach Club at St. Simons Island.
This residence is nicely appointed with a fully equipped and updated kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The dining room seats 4 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a large balcony that can be reached from both bedrooms as well as the den. This is an outside unit facing North Breakers pool area.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • No pets are allowed in this unit.
- • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. We will provide your parking passes.

- *** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only one parking pass is provided.
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 3 TVs and a DVD located in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
