We are pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bath residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.
The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • One dog allowed with the addition of the $100 pet fee.

- •The beach is accessible via Shipwatch's private boardwalk. The Pier/Village area is 2 miles away
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 2 TVs located in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
