We are elated to have this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium at The 400 Ocean Building in our program. This unit is just steps to the Village with amazing restaurants and shops. You will love this location!
This 2nd floor unit has an open floor plan with high ceilings and features a large living area and state of the art kitchen. A lovely banquette provides the seating in the dining area. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom have en-suites and balconies that extend the length of each room. The complex is gated with reserved parking and a community pool and grill area.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- CHECK IN: 4:00 pm
- CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet (Two pup limit)
- • Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 3 TVs located in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
