The living, dining and kitchen areas have the open concept where all family members or guests are all together in one large open area. You will love the ship-lap accent wall. Impeccable furniture and decor will WOW you throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. The chefs in your party will love all the tools they have to work with. The living room has a decorative fireplace, wet bar and large flat panel TV to watch all the big games or your favorite movies. The dining room seats 6 and there are 4 more bar seats in the kitchen.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- No pets are allowed on this property.
- Parking is available for 3 cars in the driveway (garage is not available)
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starting supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
- Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
- The garage is locked - owner's use only.
