Free parking is located right in front of your door for easy access. We offer complimentary tennis racket and balls. This is a perfect community for families, couples or friends to enjoy.
This professionally designed condo within walking distance to the Jardin has 2 bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. Luxury cotton linens are used for the bedrooms with brand new mattresses will give you a great nights rest. The kitchen is stocked for your cooking needs and we provide fresh flowers and fruit for your stay.

The Neighborhood

Just down the street from the famous Fabrica Aurora for some of the best shopping on art, furniture and home accessories. Aurora has many local shops to buy beautiful traditional Mexican goods. You also have some of the best coffee shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The walk to the Jardin is flat and is an easy 10 minute walk.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
