This is the vacation condo you’ve been waiting for. Ground floor unit with no steps to gain entry. Once inside you will find a newly renovated condo with comfortable furnishings and bedding and tasteful decor all around.
The living room can comfortably seat 5 and has a large flat panel TV. The dining room can seat 4 and the kitchen can seat 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Just off the living room is a covered patio with 2 rockers, a cafe table and chair.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed an an en-suite bath with a combo tub/shower. This bedroom has a large flat panel TV. Again, we can’t say enough about the decor.
The second bedroom has two twins, flat panel Smart TV and shares a hallway bath with other guests. This bath also has a tub/shower combo.

The Ocean Walk complex has much to offer. Two pools and one is heated. There is a catch and release lake for fishing, tennis courts, clubhouse, and work out room. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
