We are pleased to offer Baisden Cottage, an adorable one-level, single family cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - brand new construction!
Baisden Cottage is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located minutes from the heart of St. Simons Island. Located off Demere Road, this property is only 1/2 mile to the Coast Guard Beach Access Point. 3/4 miles in the opposite direction will have you in the heart of the pier village area of St. Simons.
The den and dining areas are delightfully airy and give you the perfect beach-vibe! The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and a en-suite bath, including an over-sized shower. There are two additional bedrooms - one with a Queen sized bed and one with a full/twin bunk set.
This property also features a back patio with seating for four.

The Neighborhood
The Cottage is a very easy walk or bike ride (only 0.9 mile) on the sidewalks to the village. The closest beach is a very dog friendly, low tide beach and a favorite spot for viewing the 4th of July fireworks shooting off from the Saint Simons pier. Within the Village you will find several great restaurants, bars, retail shops, and lots of outdoor activities. At the far end of the village sits the pier. The pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, sunset strolls, and watching the schools of playful dolphins. Past the pier, stroll the oceanfront path leading to the large community grill area under the large live oaks, two play grounds, the newly remodeled oceanfront community pool and mini golf, the Saint Simons library, and the historic lighthouse.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
- • Up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs. allowed ($100/pup non-refundable fee) (No cats.)
- • Parking is available for 2 cars in driveway
- • 1/2 mile to Public Beach Access, 3/4 mile to Pier Village
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 4 TVs in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Bedding Includes:
- 2 - Queen
- 1 - Bunk Bed (Full/Twin)
