We are proud to offer "Doc’s Inn". This newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath cottage is located in a small, upscale St. Simons Island community mere walking distance to the Pier Village.

Grab a rocking chair or the front porch swing and relax while absorbing the beauty of the Island! The front and back porches are surrounded by some of the most astounding oak trees that St. Simons Island has to offer. Be sure to keep your eyes out for the many Tree Spirits carved into some of the oaks in the neighborhood.

You’ll step into the comfortable great room with a fireplace and dining table for 8 people. The galley kitchen has an abundance of counter space and is loaded with everything you’ll need to cook a great family meal. The kitchen opens up into a quaint sitting room separated from the Master bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
  • • Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property.
  • • Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway (No trailers please). Garage is not available.
  • • 2 miles to Coast Guard Station/East Beach, ½ mile to Public Beach Access, short walk to Pier Village
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 4 TVs and 2 DVD players in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
