Coed Farm is situated on the Wales/Herefordshire border, only a few miles from the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye - known for its second-hand bookshops and literary festival. Mid Wales offers a wealth of things to keep you occupied; whether it be outdoor pursuits or visiting the many historic towns and villages. The property is situated in the foothills of the Black Mountains and only a short distance from the Brecon Beacons and the Offas Dyke Trail. There are also several cycling routes in the area, while the River Wye is two miles away, with Llangorse Lake being five miles away. The Brecon Beacons is a beautiful part of Wales and is one of the only destinations in the UK that is an official Dark Sky Reserve! You can expect the most stunning landscapes across the national park as well as a whole host of activities to take part in. With over 1,200 miles of public rights of way, you can enjoy a stroll or cycle as you breathe in the fresh air. Adventurers will love the water-sports, rock climbing, abseiling and caving activities on offer. Those looking for a more laidback retreat can enjoy stargazing, shopping and the many restaurants, pubs and cafes throughout the park.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
