Festive Beach House Steps from the Ocean!

This fun and festive beach house is just a short walk to our famous white sandy beaches! Coconut Breeze is beautifully decorated in bright colors and an attitude for enjoyment! The home is very comfortably furnished for a large group, with beautiful pine floors and accent rugs throughout. The open-concept floor plan is great for families to be together and enjoy the views of the beach.

The home sleeps 12 people and includes to 2 king bedrooms. The outdoor space is well designed with great views and great deck furniture to enjoy them from!

All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
  • 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
  • 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
  • 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
  • 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
  • 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
  • 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
  • 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
  • 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet applied.
  • 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
