The villas are fully equipped so you have an experience of a lifetime during your vacations. The view of the sunset ,the quite location on the hillside of Kathisma beach and the view of endless blue of the Ionian sea will make you feel like you are in paradise. The villas are only 15 to 20 minutes away from the center of the town. The other well known beaches are not far away like Porto Katsiki Egremnoi Agios Nikitas, Megali petra.
The three bedroom villa is fully equipped to have the perfect vacations. On the ground floor there is the living room with 1 sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests .You can have fun cooking at the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy an abundant meal with your family and friends in the dining table The outdoor area is equally as charming, a large shaded relaxing sofa area while a very prominent almost edgeless infinity pool takes center stage and is furnished with sun lounges.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
