Sunny Balcony is a small colorful apartment, designed to provide our guests comfortable and accessible stays in the city center of Porto.
Located in Bonfim, right out of the Historic Center, this flat is ideal to spend late afternoons after a day of sightseeing.
On the second floor of a 3-story building with no elevator, our Sunny Balcony is oriented towards the back, escaping the outside noises of the fairly busy street.
The apartment accommodates 2 people, has a double bed, a washing machine, and a living room with sofa and dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
