Adjacent to the kitchen we have the living and dining area. The dining area seats 8 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 4 guests. One of the true highlights of this property is the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you’re enjoying a meal in the kitchen, relaxing in the living area, or unwinding in your primary bedroom, you’ll be treated to panoramic vistas that capture the essence of coastal living. The living area has leather couches that face the gulf, tv and access to the beachfront balcony. The balcony is Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, or watching the sunset, this balcony provides a front-row seat to the Gulf’s beauty. This condo features three generously sized bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for your family or guests. The two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy. Our Beach Happy condo accommodates a total of 8-10 guests. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, large windows with a great view of the beach and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is large and recently updated, it has a tub and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with the bottoms as fulls and the top as twins. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The condo building offers a refreshing pool, providing the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach or simply soak up the Florida sun. It’s a wonderful addition to your beachfront lifestyle. Nestled in the charming community of Belleair Beach, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of a beachfront setting while being just minutes away from the vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options of the surrounding area. Important details: - This property is located on the 2nd floor - There is 1 assigned parking space and there are guests spaces as first come first serve - No pets allowed - Monthly rental AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits. Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
