The parking area is flat, however, accesses from the parking area to the villa is via a steep slope. There are 12 steps that run alongside the slope for easier access. To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 2 steps into the villa. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is tiled, however there are a number of steps. There are 3 steps from the BBQ area. The variation in levels can be seen on a number of the images. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 69cm.
