Welcome to Beach Haven, a spacious coastal home located in the southside 30A neighborhood of Cottages at Eastern Lake. Only 100 footsteps to the palm tree-lined community pool, and half a mile to the Walton Dunes beach access (where there are no steps to the beach). Upon entry, guests will be greeted by high ceilings and a well-stocked open-concept kitchen with a gas range, perfect for making home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. The open living space and dining room provide plenty of comfortable seating for all guests to relax after a long day at the beach or pool. Refresh every night in the comfortable king beds located in the master bedroom suite and first guest bedroom suite, or the queen bed in the second guest bedroom suite. The kids can relax in the 2 bonus rooms which consist of 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a cozy daybed. This home backs up to the natural Preserve area of Watersound West Beach and is just a few blocks from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and plenty of shopping. Complimentary bikes are available on the property for you to enjoy a beautiful bike ride down 30A to grab an ice cream or listen to live music at many of the local venues. Additionally, Beach Haven now features a newly installed Level 2 (240 volt) Electric Vehicle Charger with a 25-foot cable, providing convenience for guests with electric vehicles. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor Nook: Daybed and 2 separate desk areas. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, seating area and balcony access. Private bathroom with shower and separate tub. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Balcony access. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and Balcony access. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. Beach Access: Head down Eastern Lake Court, turning left onto Lakewood Drive. Follow Lakewood until Beachfront Trail and turn right. There is a public parking lot here as well. Down the end of Beachfront Trail is your beach access, Walton Dunes. Distance: .6 miles | Time: 3 minutes biking Seagrove Beach: You can’t beat the location when it comes to food. You’re within walking distance to great local favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as convenience stores and boutique shops. Walk or bike to 30A favorites like the Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s Seafood Market or check out the newly opened Greenway Station 30A, with great retail and food options including the Salty Butcher Shop. Feeling adventurous? Get on a bike and jump on the 20-mileTimpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit the famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities. An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
