Under new property management, this end unit townhome is directly on the beach and comfortably sleeps your group of 9. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a view like no other. Pearly white sand and emerald green water for miles will instantly put you in a tranquil vacation mode. The open concept floor plan allows this beautiful view to be seen and enjoyed whether you are lounging on the comfortable couches, playing games, or making a snack. The high end well-equipped kitchen has SS appliances, marble countertops and shaker cabinetry. Dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar allows your group to be together while snacking and dining. Outside is the Gulf front deck with more seating to watch the pelicans soar and the dolphins play! This main floor also has a king-sized bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower. Up one flight you’ll find the king-sized primary bedroom with private Gulf front deck. It’s a great spot to start and end the day with a beverage! The en suite bath has dual sinks, and a tub shower combo. Down the hall is the third bedroom with 2 full-sized beds as well as a trundle to sleep one more. The third full bath is also here with tub/shower combo. The private dune cross-over just outside your door makes getting your gear to the beach a breeze! Two picnic tables are in a nice shady spot under the house when you need to escape the sun. Gas grill. Your small pup (max of 2) is welcome to join you with a $200 per pet fee and owner’s permission. There is even a fenced- in area for pup playtime! Note that dogs are NOT PERMITTED on the Gulf Beach. Parking for 4 cars. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25 and stated occupancy is strictly enforced. We proudly offer a first responder and military discount when booking! NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available. FOR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS ONLY, NOTE THAT SOME 3RD PARTIES CHARGE THEIR OWN SERVICE FEE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS, AS WE ARE SEPARATE BUSINESS ENTITIES.
