The spacious carriage house features a fourth, queen-size bed, with a private, three-quarter bath, kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed. In addition, the second-floor bonus room in the main house features another high-quality, queen-sized, pull-out sofa bed and two additional fold-out twin beds, along with unique board games (including a four-foot-by-four-foot, wall-mounted Scrabble game!), XBox 360 console, video games, books and puzzles for kids — and kids at heart. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs for those who want them; if you’re instead looking to unplug, the sound of the ocean is just an open window away. Taken together, the house comfortably sleeps eight, with additional pull-out beds that expand capacity to 12 if needed. The main floor features a dining room and a fully remodeled kitchen with beautiful tile backsplash, granite counters, and all-new, modern appliances. You’ll have everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner or whip up your favorite vacation snacks and meals. In addition, a gas grill on the covered, wrap-around porch is perfect for those family-favorite cookouts. After a day exploring the magic of Property Manager, the dining-room table is where everyone comes together each night to share laughs, tell stories and play games. This beautiful white wood table comfortably seats eight, with room for four more at the island just a step away.
