Relax, let go, and simply LET IT BE. Located on the Garden Promenade and Meriweather Square, this dog-friendly, four-bedroom home is in the heart of Seabrook, just steps from the park and pool, a one-minute walk to Seabrook’s cozy cafes and shops, and fewer than five minutes from the beach.
Take a glass of wine out to the Adirondack chairs on the wrap-around porch and enjoy the sound of the ocean, watch the sunset, or sip your morning coffee while watching guests ride and stroll past Seabrook’s iconic gazebo and Christmas Tree, just a few steps from the front door. Relax under the stars in the hot tub, or gather around the fireplace to sing songs, play games and make memories.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Let It Be has an occupancy maximum of 12 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Let It Be. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
