A simply wonderful 3-bed Family Villa with Pool and Views!
An aura of calm and serenity await you at Villa Golondrina! A beautiful 3 bedroomed Villa with an amazing private garden and pool as well as views spanning the mountains and coastline!
Offering a subtle blend of traditional Andalucian-Style and contemporary Scandinavian-style furnishings, Villa Golondrina provides stylish and cosy accommodation in a picturesque setting.
The villa offers voluminous and airy rooms, contemporary and comfortable furniture, and elegant fittings and fixtures. The property boasts three ensuite double bedrooms, an inviting living area, a generously equipped kitchen and long dining room, and a fabulous outdoor dining and lounge setting on the terrace featuring a BBQ as well as a pizza oven.
There is a large private swimming pool (with the option to heat for an additional weekly cost), elegant outdoor sofas and loungers and a choice of both sunny and shady terraces to relax in, not to mention the vast expanse of mature gardens and lush lawns with splendid views past the tree lines.
Entering through the front door, to your left-hand side you will have access to a guest wc as well as a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will enter the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a rain shower as well as a bathtub. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace and pool area with glass sliding doors.
On your right-hand side from the entrance sits the third bedroom, it holds two large single beds which are placed together to form a large double but can be separated into two single beds on request. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
From the entrance moving forwards, you are welcomed into the chic open-plan living and dining area. Beside it, you will find the kitchen with stone-topped counters featuring a lovely centrepiece that has four wooden bar stools for quick bites in the kitchen as well.
Headed out onto the terrace you are immediately welcomed by the greenery and crisp fresh air that flows through the hilly terrains surrounding the home. A pleasantly calm outdoor lounge area with sofas and surrounding seats, as well as a full outdoor dining area that seats 10, make this a wonderful spot to chill out and soak in the rays, entertain the group, or simply read your favourite book; Any way you prefer, this terrace and pool area leaves you nothing more to desire. The outdoor kitchen has a gas ignited BBQ, pizza oven and a fridge.
The pool area not only holds this remarkable long swimming pool but also has 2 large sunbeds and 4 further sunbeds, all shaded with our favourite tiki-style thatched straw umbrellas to help keep cool on the hotter days.
There is aircon and Wi-Fi throughout the villa and of course secure parking for 2 cars within the boundaries of the home.
The Villa is secluded and very private, offering a perfect peaceful holiday getaway.
In terms of location, the villa is in a great area for those that do not like to sit still as most of Marbella’s prime attractions are within easy range. The nearby beaches of Elviria, Cabo Pino and Las Chapas are known for the various beach restaurants, bars and even the world-famous Nikki Beach. Furthermore, Cabo Pino port offers a variety of water sports so there is plenty of amusement for everyone.
Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. With a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars, it is one of the most popular areas in Marbella.
With the Marbella Country Club and Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club and Santa Clara Golf Club you have some of Marbella’s finest golf clubs all within a 5-minute drive. Also, you are very centrally located for the aqua parks of Mijas and Torremolinos, as well as the Selwo animal park.
