To the left is the open living room with a lounge area with a Smart TV, and dining table, that leads to the stunning 46m2 terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace has a large dining table for 10, a seating area, and a high bar, all enjoying the stunning views over the communal gardens and to the sea. The terrace also benefits from a ceiling fan for the balmy nights, electric awnings, and glass curtains for the cooler days and evenings.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. There are 2 further double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a rain shower.
There is aircon and wifi throughout, a dedicated parking space in the garage, and a lift to the apartment.

There is a supermarket within walking distance, and a 5 minute walk along the beach will get you to some beach restaurants and bars. Cabopino Port is less than 10 minutes walking on the beach.
