An elegant and modern villa in the heart of the residential area of Elviria. The Villa is situated close to a commercial centre with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, 5 minutes from the best beaches of Marbella, and 10 minutes from the historical Old Town of Marbella. Styled with natural wood, soft tones, contemporary artwork and floor-to-ceiling picture windows, this Villa provides elegant and comfortable luxury accommodation. On the ground floor, you have a beautiful living room with modern furniture and an adjacent office. There is an open plan kitchen with all the relevant appliances, and a dining table (for 12) overlooking the pool and the garden. On the same floor, there is a separate laundry room, a TV room and a gym area. Villa Elviria offers 6 double ensuite bedrooms. On the upper floor, you have 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms overlooking the garden and pool; 3 doubles and the Master Bedroom which enjoys sea views, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a “hidden” TV, and a private terrace. Separate from the main house, there is a bungalow with 2 ensuite twin bedrooms. There is one sofa bed in one of the rooms. There is a lovely covered outdoor dining area, accessed from the lounge or kitchen. There is a dining table for up to 16 and a built-in BBQ. The terrace doubles up as an outdoor living room as there is a retractable roof so you can enjoy shade on the summer afternoons and can relax under the stars in the evenings. The pool is surrounded by a lovely, level, grassed garden. There are 10 sunbeds for your use. Further features include an elevator, hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Alarm, Garage for 1 car plus extra parking behind the gate. This is a beautiful, very light and modern, stylishly designed Family Villa. Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.
