Villa Costa Azzurra is immaculately equipped, with a perfectly placed swimming pool, an overall modern aesthetic with white spaces dominating the space that accompanies your stay and the very quick walk to Balangan beach! Costa Azzurra Villas is a newly built estate of two commodious private villas, each with its own living, dining and pool areas. Designed with contemporary style, Villa Costa and Villa Azzurra are respectively composed of 3 air-conditionned bedrooms and 4 air-conditionned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which can be booked individually or all together; giving you an option for a 7-bedroom property for large families or groups of friends seeking to spend their holidays in Bali together. The 3-bedroom abode with a contemporary interior offers a cocooning getaway with comfort and conveniences for a memorable holiday in Bali. Decorated to give a modern costal living, all the bedrooms set around a central pool where the open-plan layout gives an instant invitation to guests to get up from bed and just relax on the sun lounger by the pool, laze on the sofa in the living room or just sprawl yourself on the freshly manicured lawn. As you walk through the tropical garden path, you will pass Villa Costa (on your right) and enter the 4-bedroom Villa Azzurra, where you will be greated by the grandeur of the place. The two things you feel straight away when you enter this villa are the height of the high ceiling and the openness of the layout. The next thing that will capture your eyes is the wood-framed glass panels across the hallway that gives you a sneak peak of the hill view of Dreamland (Pecatu). Both kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and necessary tableware for a get together meal. The custom fitted built-in cabinets stores all the appliances and tableware to give the space a minimalist feel. For extra counter and storage space, there is a separate custom kitchen island with a ceramic slab countertop that over hangs. All rooms are furnished with : - air-conditionning, - king size beds, - bed-side table, - huge wardrobe, - full lenght standing mirror, - bathroom with walk-in shower, - 32" Samsung full HT Smart TV, - hair-dryers, - our Signature shower gel and shampoo. Families with babies, the villa offers a Baby Crib for infants up to 1 YO Enjoy a lovely, private and unique experience with us! At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.** === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds? - A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 8 guests, with the 7th and 8th guests considered as extra.
