All set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Corfiot hills and majestic Mount Pantokrator.
The Space:
The villa is located on the sought-after north east coast of Corfu, enviably private yet close to beaches, boat hire and the coastal path. There are tavernas within a couple of minutes’ walk, though with everything to hand at the villa, there is no great incentive to go anywhere.
Agios Stefanos Bay - Villa Anna, is ideally positioned, around 5 minutes’ walk from the centre and beachfront of Agios Stefanos, an upmarket resort with a good choice of traditional Greek tavernas and shops around its small harbour and beach, with views of the hills on either side.
The gardens are minimal in style and easy to maintain. On one side of the property there is car parking and the property entrance, whilst on the opposite side you will find a large, private infinity pool which simply melts into the ocean. Your own brick BBQ area has chairs both in the sun and on the covered terrace providing a cool shaded spot to relax and enjoy a meal if the sun gets too hot.
Entering the property you see straightaways the very essence of its design, a living space created on the premise of clean lines and minimalistic simplicity: an open plan living space which combines the living and dining areas of the home as well as a fully fitted kitchen which you will find just past the traditional brick archway. The living area has a beautiful ornamental marble fireplace with a simple hearth creating a warming focal point. Patio doors open directly onto the covered al fresco dining and pool terrace.
There is one twin single bedroom and one double bedroom on the first floor. Whilst on the ground level there is a spacious master bedroom and a twin single bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, whilst the downstairs master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and the twin single bedroom has its own separate bathroom across the hallway. On the ground level, from the master bedroom and twin single bedroom, separate patio doors open and lead straight to the garden area and pool terrace. From the upstairs bedrooms, patio doors open to a private balcony from one of the rooms with direct views of the garden and pool area.
Superbly constructed both inside and out, this property sits proudly in its own spacious grounds with a large private infinity pool, endless sea view points, and a generous sun terrace.
If the view over the water inspires you to explore further, “Agios Stefanos Bay - Villa Dimitris” makes for an ideal two-centre option combined with one of our two Boutique hotels found in the beautiful and livelier seafront village of Kassiopi. For the larger groups and families who are looking for additional space, this villa can be rented in conjunction with one of our other neighboring Villas.

Location:
The Villa is located just above the small fishing port village of Agios Stefanos (Sinies) on the northeast coast of Corfu; known for its crystal clear waters, idyllic beaches, and picturesque surroundings.
Arriving to Agios Stefanos Bay from the Villa is less than 1 minutes by car, or a 5 minute walk via footpath, where you’ll find bars, cafes, tavernas, supermarkets and also mooring for boats.
Avlaki beach is 3km away, and offers great water sports, sailing and horse riding.
Kerasia beach is 2km from the villa, where you will find a wonderful beachfront taverna with its own private jetty.
The beautiful fishing port of Kassiopi is 6km away, and has bars, restaurants, shops, and a good night life.
Corfu town is a 50 min drive or 20 mins by sea taxi.
Many consider Corfu to be the premier destination of the Ionian islands. With its pastel villages, rolling olive groves and grand manor houses, the island resembles Tuscany in combination with some of the best beaches in Europe.
The informed traveler tends to stay on Corfu’s north-east coast, where our villa is located and where similarly most of the elite choose to unwind. One can find tiny fishing villages to eat. Rent a boat and wonder to some of Corfu’s most scenic coves, such as Erimitis, Kerasia, Agni, and Kalami. These pastoral bays still resemble the ’delectable landscape’ that Lawrence Durrell fell for in the 1930s. One may venture inland to the UNESCO heritage site of Old Perithia, an enchanting, abandoned village with footpaths, honey producers, and tavernas that specialize in local dishes and delicacies!
The cosmopolitan capital is a charming clash of Venetian, British and French colonial influences. A place where evenings kick off with cocktails on the Liston (a colonnade modelled on Paris’s rue de Rivoli), followed by dinner at one of the many outstanding restaurants in the confines of the island’s other designated UNESCO Heritage site of Old Corfu Town.
Getting around:
Everything is very easily accessible on foot while in Agios Stefanos (Sinies). It is absolutely lovely to walk around and view.
If you wish to leave Agios Stefanos and explore the remainder of the island, we can arrange private transportation. Alternatively, we can direct you to the public bus options available. Whatever the desired mode of transport, you have the optionality to explore other villages, beaches, sights, and regions throughout our beautiful island. The airport is 35km away by car. Corfu port is 33km away by car. And Corfu town is 34km away by car.

About the area
Kassiopi, a charming village on the northeastern coast of Corfu, Greece, is a picturesque destination that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This former fishing village has transformed into a vibrant holiday spot while retaining its traditional Greek charm.
One of the main attractions in Kassiopi is its stunning harbor, where visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront, admiring the array of boats and yachts that dot the clear blue waters. The harbor is also lined with a variety of tavernas and cafes, perfect for sampling local Greek cuisine or sipping on a refreshing ouzo as you watch the world go by.
History enthusiasts will appreciate the ruins of the ancient Kassiopi Castle, which dates back to Roman times. The castle's remnants are perched on a hill above the village, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and the Albanian coast. Exploring these ruins is not only a journey through history but also provides an opportunity for some stunning photography.
For beach lovers, Kassiopi boasts several pebbly beaches with crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The most popular among them is Kalamionas Beach, which is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. The more secluded Bataria and Kanoni beaches are just a short walk away, offering a quieter atmosphere for those looking to escape the crowds.
The village itself is a maze of narrow streets filled with shops selling local handicrafts, jewelry, and olive wood products, making it a great place to pick up souvenirs. At night, Kassiopi comes alive with a modest but lively nightlife scene, where visitors can enjoy live music and dance in the bars and clubs.
Nature lovers can venture out on hiking trails that wind through olive groves and cypress trees, leading to secluded coves and offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Boat trips are also available, providing the opportunity to explore the scenic coastline and visit nearby secluded beaches and caves.
Kassiopi's blend of natural beauty, historical significance, and modern amenities make it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Whether you're looking to delve into the past, relax by the sea, or experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, Kassiopi is a gem that promises a memorable holiday.
