Beach Haven is a beautiful, very spacious (over 2,300 SF) pet friendly beach resort home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with a bonus room on the 3rd floor. This home has the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge as your backyard and is a short golf cart ride to the beach. You will always have plenty of room to relax and entertain in the large living room. The fully appointed kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and a new refrigerator. All of the bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed. 2nd floor laundry with full-size washer & dryer. The third-level loft/bedroom is the perfect hideaway for kids of all ages. A large screened-in porch overlooks the wildlife refuge, and sitting balconies are located off the two second-floor bedrooms. An attached garage provides storage for a vehicle, and golf cart, and beach/bike gear.
