The Home
The rooms are fully equipped. You will find air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, a television with spacious seating area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an extensive private gym.
In the spacious garden with a gas barbecue (gas bottle not included), swimming pool or on the large roof terrace, there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun with 6 sunloungers. Indeed, the Costa Blanca is known as the place in Spain with the most hours of sunshine. So whether in winter or summer, this is the place to be.
The villa is located near Camporrosso Village. All guests of Villa Esmeralda 20 are therefore allowed to use the facilities that belong here. These include a large communal swimming pool, sauna, gym, indoor heated pool, paddle courts and a children’s playground.
The villa has a private parking space. Up to two baby beds can be rented (4€ per night per baby bed).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
