Designed to be both completely comfortable and endlessly elegant, this magical Rocky Mountain oasis also boasts a ton of cozy outdoor space and easy walk-to-ski-access to some of the best runs in the country.
In the GREAT ROOM, sun-dappled skylights and lots of large windows create a bright and open vibe. The soaring cathedral ceiling adds to the airy feel, while wide plank floors add a dash of rustic charm. The leather sofas and plush armchairs create a cozy space around the stone fireplace and large HDTV— the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine and put your feet up after a long day of outdoor adventures.
A formal DINING TABLE with seating for six leads right into the wide-open KITCHEN, making entertaining and socializing a breeze for bigger groups. White cabinets, quartz countertops, and a sea glass-inspired backsplash create a stylish space to prepare meals and snacks. Stainless steel appliances include a commercial-grade refrigerator, a large gas range, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There’s also a side pantry with a wine fridge. Additional seating includes a custom banquette table in the corner.
The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is a completely private oasis. With a luxe leather-framed, king-size bed and elegant furnishings, this room also has balcony access. The ensuite PRIMARY BATHROOM is immaculate, with white tiles and stylish black accents. There’s a freestanding soaking tub, a step-in shower, and a double vanity area.
The SECOND BEDROOM SUITE features a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the THIRD BEDROOM SUITE, this crisp white room has a king-size bed and an ensuite spa bathroom with a step-in shower. The fourth bedroom is a BUNK ROOM that’s popular with kids of all ages— with two twin-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles.
Mountain Modern Rustic includes a wide array of extras, too. There’s a spacious OUTDOOR LIVING AREA with a stone fireplace that’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning mug of coffee or a late-night glass of wine. A SECOND OUTDOOR LOUNGING SPACE has a super-cozy firepit. Back inside, there’s a LAUNDRY ROOM, an OFFICE AREA, and another full LIVING SPACE with a sofa and HDTV.
With coveted walk-to-ski access, Mountain Modern Rustic gives your whole crew an easy, enviable pathway to some of the best runs in the country.
