Sitting right on the outskirts of Joshua Tree National Park, every corner of the yard features expansive views of the surrounding landscape. A charming desert courtyard looks toward the hills and features playful seating options as a way to enjoy the sunshine of the valley. In the evenings, dine al fresco at the large outdoor dining table before stargazing around the firepit.
Inside, Asteroid features Bohemian-inspired decor with playful details and natural finishes. From the views outside to the aesthetically-curated interior, there is no shortage of places to break out your camera for the perfect shot. Nearby, some of the area’s most famous attractions — including Skull Rock and Arch Walk — are ideal launching points for exploring the rest of the park. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- Two trifold mattresses and bedding are provided.
- Please note, the cowboy tub on site is non-operational.
- This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib and high chair.
- This location is remote and is accessible by a dirt road.
- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry.
- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
