In the main house, you’ll discover two inviting living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a converted garage game room with plenty of ways to play – boasting a pool table, shuffleboard, and comfy seating. With five bedrooms, including a unique smokehouse hideaway separate from the main home, space is abundant. Step outside to a courtyard for games and a path leading to the pool.
The modern pool house is flooded with natural light near the water, featuring another well-equipped kitchen and a sunny living room with a second pool table. Five additional bedrooms ensure everyone’s comfort.
For a cozy hideout, the cabin offers a queen bed, TV, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
