Amber Escape: a private 4-home estate near Knoxville with a pool, hot tubs, game rooms & firepit. Sleeps 30.Spread across a quiet, tree-lined lot in the rolling foothills of East Tennessee, Amber Escape is a private compound built for the kind of group that wants to be together without being on top of each other. Four separate buildings — a main house, a light-filled pool house, a converted smokehouse, and a standalone cabin — give everyone somewhere to land, with 11 bedrooms and room for up to 26 guests across the property. The main house anchors the stay with two living rooms, a full kitchen, and a converted-garage game room that tends to become the heart of the action: a pool table, shuffleboard, and plenty of comfortable seating for the people waiting their turn. Just outside, a courtyard sets up easily for lawn games, and a short path leads down toward the water.A few steps away, the smokehouse has been reimagined as a private studio hideaway — a charming, self-contained retreat for anyone who wants a little distance from the main crowd. Down by the pool, the pool house is full of daylight and made for gathering, with its own full kitchen, a sunny living room, a second pool table, and five more bedrooms so no one’s short on space. For the simplest setup of all, the cabin keeps things cozy with a queen bed, a TV, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette.Outside is where the property really opens up. There’s a pool to cool off in, multiple hot tubs for slow evenings, and a firepit for the part of the night when everyone drifts back together. Two BBQ grills make cooking for a crowd genuinely doable, and the surrounding trees keep the whole place feeling tucked away. When you’re ready to venture out, you’re well placed. Downtown Knoxville is about 30 minutes away, with Market Square, local restaurants, and a lively arts and music scene. Douglas Lake sits just up the road for a day of boating, fishing, or swimming in its quiet coves, and historic Dandridge makes an easy detour. Point the car south and you’ll reach Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg in well under an hour, with Great Smoky Mountains National Park — the most visited national park in the country — just beyond. Its 800-plus miles of trails, rushing rivers, and good odds of a black bear sighting make it worth a full day in the mountains before heading back to the calm of Amber Escape.A stay with Property Manager comes with a personalized layer of hospitality designed to make the trip easier. Through our Concierge Service, guests can arrange tech-enabled extras like fridge stocking, private chefs, in-home massages, transportation, and special-occasion celebrations — whatever helps your group settle in and make the most of the mountains.Local Attractions: Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Dollywood, Cades Cove, The Comedy Barn Theater, Legacy Mountain Ziplines, Rocky Top Wine Trail, Sugarlands Distilling Company, The Local GoatHome Truths:- This is a buyout of 4 houses for a total of 11 bedrooms and a max occupancy of 30 guests.
