directly across from the beach. The property has a sizable balcony with
unobstructed views of the sea over False Bay.
The second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has an open
layout living space with comfortable furniture and a TV. A dining table
is available that can accommodate four people, and the kitchen is fully
furnished with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator
with freezer, oven, and stove. An outside table and chairs are
available on the balcony. Free WiFi, air conditioning, and safe private
parking are additional amenities. All linens and towels are offered and
numerous dining establishments and pubs are accessible by foot.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
