Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of any and all guests/occupants without a refund.
- ✔ Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM.
- ✔ Do not damage the home or furnishings; keep it clean and tidy.
- ✔ Report any damages or missing items to your host.
- ✔ Comply with all city and building bylaws.
- ✔ Must get permission for late checkout before arrival.
- ✖ No unauthorized events/parties.
- ✖ No drugs or illicit behaviour.
- ✖ No smoking, vaping or marijuana inside the home. (we have smoke sensors)
- ✖ No excessive noise or loud music after 9 PM.
- ✖ No moving of furniture within or outside the home.
- ✖ No pets in the home without approval prior to check-in.
- ✖ No shoes in the home.
- ✖ Only flush toilet paper, no paper towels, wipes, or feminine products.
- ✖ No tampering with any of the home security systems
- NOTE: If there is significant damage to the property caused by the guests or natural causes, the guests must allow our team access to assess the situation and determine if all occupants may remain or vacate the rental
- Rule Violation Fees:
- ⚠ $500 fee for unauthorized parties/events.
- ⚠ $500 fee for violation of the house rules.
- ⚠ $500 fee for security to remove any or all guests/occupants.
- ⚠ $500 fee for smoking
- ⚠ $50/hr fee for unauthorized late check out every hour past your check out time.
- ⚠ $1,000 fee for smoking inside the home; this is our cost of an ozone machine rental, additional cleaning charges and cancellation of next guests.
- The property may have an exterior security system with camera(s); if so, the camera(s) are always on and only positioned at the egress points of the home. The security system may monitor sound decibel levels. We respect your privacy; thus, our security systems DO NOT record audio or video inside the home.
