One of the very best locations, minutes from top golf resorts, in La Quinta, just around the corner (walking distance) from the Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach), La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Perfect for your golf foursome, family or corporate retreat Large lot which backs out to a very large open park space. With an East facing Mountain View out the backyard sunrises are beautiful in the morning and there is some shade for more comfort in the evenings. Challenge your friends to outdoor games including connect four, large Jenga blocks, and cornhole. Inside games include Cranium, Monopoly, and Twister. The swimming pool and spa is just a few blocks away and a perfect way to cool down after a round on the 27 holes at Indian Palms CC in the community. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Master bedroom (King and a Queen beds), Bedroom #2 (Queen bed), Bedroom #3 (Bunk bed – Queen and twin), plus two couches with one that folds down to be a double bed. Great open floor plan with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two fire places, and in-suite laundry. Three separate 65’ smart TVs, fast WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen excellent for the holidays and large family dinners. Keurig coffee, tea, and hot chocolate provided complementary. Lots of towels and pillows for your comfort. Off street parking for up to three vehicles and 2-car garage in addition and parks up to 5 vehicles off street..

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of any and all guests/occupants without a refund.
  • ✔ Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM.
  • ✔ Do not damage the home or furnishings; keep it clean and tidy.

  • ✔ Comply with all city and building bylaws.
  • ✔ Must get permission for late checkout before arrival.
  • ✖ No unauthorized events/parties.
  • ✖ No drugs or illicit behaviour.

  • ✖ No excessive noise or loud music after 9 PM.
  • ✖ No moving of furniture within or outside the home.
  • ✖ No pets in the home (as much as we love animals, many guests have allergies!)
  • ✖ No shoes in the home.
  • ✖ Only flush toilet paper, no paper towels, wipes, or feminine products.
  • ✖ No tampering with any of the home security systems
  • Rule Violation Fees:
  • ⚠ $500 fee for unauthorized parties/events.
  • ⚠ $500 fee for violation of the house rules.
  • ⚠ $500 fee for security to remove any or all guests/occupants.
  • ⚠ $500 fee for smoking
  • ⚠ $50/hr fee for unauthorized late check out every hour past your check out time.
  • ⚠ $1,000 fee for smoking inside the home; this is our cost of an ozone machine rental, additional cleaning charges and cancellation of next guests.
  • The property may have an exterior security system with camera(s); if so, the camera(s) are always on and only positioned at the egress points of the home. The security system may monitor sound decibel levels. We respect your privacy; thus, our security systems DO NOT record audio or video inside the home.
