The flat is located on the first floor with A/C and independent entrance of a beautiful villa surrounded by a large garden: it consists of a living room with dining room with one twin sofabed ( 135 x 194)sleeping 2 people an independent fully equipped kitchen , two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet with sink and wc.Complete the flat the large and beautiful terrace with sea view, where there is the outdoor dining area and relaxation area with sofa and sunbeds. From the flat you can comfortably walk to the sea where, in addition to the small village of Magazzini there is a modern marina and a restaurant on the sea, ideal for an aperitif cheered by the view of the bay of Portoferraio! For sport lovers, the sailing and surfing school is available to guests (booking required). It is also possible to organise diving in the splendid seabed of the island, as well as to use the nearby golf and tennis courts. We have an agreement with the nearby Terme di S.Giovanni, in whose wellness area you can dedicate yourself to complete relaxation of body and mind.
