Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

As you enter Punta Sayulita’s rustic gates, you find yourself surrounded by peace, tranquility and exclusivity.
- An open-air clubhouse is for the exclusive use of Punta Sayulita guests; there are no crowds and they offer a very personalized service. Stroll down from your magnificent rental home through jungle pathways and hiking trails to take a spin in the gym before breakfast or maybe a quick dip in the ocean off the private beach. Kids love the clubhouse as there are plenty of fun water toys to play with; a private, shallow, sandy cove to swim in and – for the truly adventurous – a wharf to jump off.

- As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
- Hilly terrain, be prepared for some uphill strolls.
- Flat and rubber-soled shoes make most sense.
